The wait is over! Passes are now available for booking for the 6th Edition of the Mumbai Indiefilm Festival, happening 8th – 10th May.
Mumbai Indiefilm Festival 26
Mumbai Indiefilm Festival 25 was judged by Kamal Swaroop, and generously supported by Anurag Basu, Manoj Bajpayee, Sudipto Sen, Adil Hussain, Vishal Furia, Amit Joshi, Raaj Shaandilyaa, and Suparn S Varma—a rare coming together of voices who truly believe in independent storytelling.
This festival stands as the only truly indie and minimalist film festival with a clear purpose to support independent filmmakers, writers, and ultra–low-budget producers—not with glamour, but with intent, guidance, and honest opportunity.
A special moment for the community—Manoj Bajpayee unveiled the logo of the 7th edition of Mumbai Indiefilm Festival. Staying true to the festival’s philosophy, the logo is minimalist, chalk-drawn, and raw—symbolising ideas born on blank walls, small rooms, and fearless minds.
Mumbai Indiefilm Festival continues to exist for those who dare to create.
The festival has previously been judged by renowned names such as Navdeep Singh, Sanjay Khanduri, E. Niwas, and Anand Gandhi, and has received generous support from prominent figures like Piyush Mishra, Sriram Raghavan, Amit Joshi, Vishal Furia, Kumud Mishra, Shoojit Sircar, Pratik Gandhi, Vinay Pathak, Gopal Dutt, Gagan Dev Riar, and Sharib Hashmi.
